2023 Ticketmaster Gift Card Give-a-way Disclaimer

ELIGIBILITY: The MTC Federal Credit Union 2023 Ticketmaster Gift Card Give-a-Way Prizes are available to new and current MTC Federal Credit Union Members that are in good standing with a Primary Share Savings Account. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of their entry.

GIVE-A-WAY TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Give-a-way begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 31, 2023. Three (3) prize winners will be chosen from among all eligible entries on the dates of September 1, 2023, October 1, 2023, and November 1, 2023, respectively.

HOW TO ENTER: Members may enter the Ticketmaster Gift Card Giveaway by opening any one of MTC Federal’s Money Market Accounts or Share Certificates with new money between August 1, 2023 thru October 31, 2023.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Three (3) potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during each Give-a-way Period. The Ticketmaster Gift Card Give-a-way will take place between August 1, 2023 and October 31, 2023 and winners contacted on September 1, 2023, October 1, 2023, and November 1, 2023, respectively. All prize winners will be chosen by a random number generator from random.org. Prize winners will be notified by phone or email. If prize winner cannot be confirmed within 24 hours of call or email attempt, prizes may be awarded to a potential alternate winner.

ODDS: Odds of winning prizes are equal for all eligible entries received during the Give-a-way Period.

PRIZES: Three (3) $500.00 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Prize details and changes thereto are at MTC Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion. All taxes associated with the receipt of each Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner of said Prize. All Prizes will be delivered electronically via a verifiable email address.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. The decisions of MTC Federal Credit Union are final and binding. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name or photograph to be used for advertising and promotional purposes by MTC Federal Credit Union, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, any online announcements, PO Box 1944 | Greenville, SC 29602 | 800/442-7792 | 864/908-3400 | MTCFederal.com worldwide perpetuity, without compensation, notification, or permission except where prohibited by law.
